Law Enforcement and Judiciary Committees

A special meeting of the Sauk County Law Enforcement & Judiciary Committee was held on Thursday, February 22, 2007, in the Gallery of the Sauk County Board Room, third floor, West Square Building, 505 Broadway, Baraboo, Wisconsin.

The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties were notified.

1. Call To Order and Certification of Open Meeting Law : The meeting was called to order and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was certified by Chair Donald Stevens at 5:45 PM.
2. Agenda : Motion by Sinklair, seconded by Tollaksen, to adopt the agenda.
   Motion carried.
3. Consideration of Resolution Authorization to Accept a Grant from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) for Traffic and Criminal Software (TraCS): Motion by Montgomery, seconded by Tollaksen to approve the resolution Authorization to Accept a Grant from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) for Traffic and Criminal Software (TraCS) and to take the resolution to the Sauk County Board of Supervisors at their meeting on February 22, at 6 PM.
   Motion carried.
4. Adjourn to Date Specified : Motion by Tollaksen, seconded by Sinklair, to adjourn the special meeting.
   Motion carried.
