WCA Ad Hoc Committee

The meeting of the Sauk County WCA AD HOC Committee was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 5:30 p.m.

Members present: Arthur Carlson, Rose White, Al Dippel, Kathy Zowin

Members excused: Charlie Montgomery

Others present: Dale Jaedike

The agenda was approved on a motion by Zowin, second by White, and a unanimous vote of the Committee.

Communications

None.

Business Items:

Motion made by White, seconded by Dippel to purchase 800 Red pens with Black ink and have "Sauk County" printed on the pens, to be given away at the Sauk County table.
Motion passed.

Discussion Items

• Kathy Zowin will talk with Lerna Mae Wiese about chaperoning the Spouse Tour events
• Decided not to purchase "Host Pins" since WCA will be supplying pins
• Decided against purchasing custard to be given out to participants
• Dale Jaedike will look into getting acrylic display racks for use at the table, and talk with area chambers of commerce about getting booklets to give out
• It was decided to use the slogan "Sauk County, Great Quality of Life" at the booth
• Kathy Zowin will look into prices for flowers for the booth
• Dale Jaedike will see about getting one of the "panels" for viewing at the next meeting, and will bring some sample pictures to be used on the panels
• Dale Jaedike will look into a GIS Sauk County map for use at the table
• Dale Jaedike will contact WCA to get the status of their drawing

There were no vouchers requiring approval.
Meeting adjourned on a motion by Dippel, seconded by Carlson, with a unanimous committee vote.

Next meeting date was set for 5:30 p.m. on June 27, 2007.
