CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Chairperson T. Meister at 8:00 A.M. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meetings Law.
Motion by P. Tollaksen, second by S. Alexander to adopt the agenda.
Motion carried.

LAND CONSERVATION: Joe Van Berkel presented information regarding
an out of state travel request to Mexico for another employee of the Land Conservation
Department. Discussion ensued. Motion by P. Tollaksen to deny out of state
travel request, second by S. Alexander.
Motion carried.
DEPARTMENTAL UPDATES: M. Koehler presented additional information regarding the organizational analysis and the potential impact.
Motion by T. Meister, second by P. Tollaksen to enter into closed session
pursuant to consider the employment, promotion, compensation or performance
evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body had
jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Operational analysis. Closed
session to include: M. Koehler, K. Shauf, M. Krueger. Roll call vote
was taken, Tollaksen - aye, Meister - aye, Alexander - aye.
Motion carried.
Motion by S. Alexander, second by P. Tollaksen to reconvene in open session.
Motion carried.
Motion by P. Tollaksen, second by S. Alexander, to adjourn until 1:00 P.M.
