Meeting called to order at 6 P.M. by White, and compliance with the open meeting law was noted.
Moved by Haugen, seconded by Horenberger to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
Moved by Horenberger, seconded by Clement to adopt the minutes of the previous meeting. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS:
Bodendein distributed the pamphlet created by Michele Wolf, Caring for Your Sick loved Ones During an Influenza Pandemic .

DEPARTMENT UPDATES :
A. Moved by Haugen, seconded by Elsen to accept the monthly reports. Motion carried.
1. Home care receivables presentation by Bodendein included in the monthly reports. Report created by Keri Beghin and Cynthia Bodendein included in the presentation.
B. Moved by Clement, seconded by DeLong to approve paying the August vouchers totaling $29,519.38. Motion carried.
C. Moved by Elsen, seconded by Horenberger to approve the 2008 Public Health Budget. Motion carried.
D. Moved by Clement, seconded by Elsen to approve the lead screening policy. Motion carried.
E. Bodendein distributed a list of contracts that the Public Health Department administers.
Discussion ensued regarding the contracts.
F. Haugen gave a presentation on legislative updates.
Next Public Health Board Meeting is set for October 10, 2007 at 6 P.M.
