Moved by Horenberger, seconded by Clement to adopt the agenda. Motion carried.
Moved by Haugen, seconded by Horenberger to adopt the minutes of the September 12, 2007 meeting. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS :
Bodendein distributed the revised pamphlet Caring for Your Sick Loved Ones During an Influenza Pandemic.

A. Moved by Horenberger, seconded by Delong to add the monthly reports to the minutes of the meeting. Motion carried.
B. Moved by Clement, seconded by Horenberger to approve paying September vouchers totaling $30,315.55. Motion carried.
C. Moved by Horenberger, seconded by Haugen to approve attendance by the WIC Director to attend the Children with Special Health Care Needs Conference in Milwaukee for $350.00. Motion carried.
D. Moved by Elsen, seconded by Delong to approved attendance for the WIC Director and Dietitian for a Care Planning Training in La Crosse for $80.00/$100.00. Motion carried.
E. Moved by Horenberger, seconded by Elsen to not approve incentive for client compliance with TB program. Motion carried.
F. Moved by Horenberger, seconded by Clement to approve an Environmental Health Clerical position. Motion carried.
G. Moved by Clement, seconded by Delong to approve an increase for pneumonia vaccine to $33.00. Motion carried.
