  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Laurel & Charles Allen, (SP-01-07), variances to authorize a proposed addition to a single family residence within the minimum shoreland setback and exceeding the maximum square footage allowed. The property is located in the Shoreland Protection District and described as: S7240 Camp Lake Wisconsin Rd., E ½, lot 15, Camp Lake Wisconsin, part of the SE ¼, SE ¼, section 36, T11N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-0764.
    2. B. Louise Saccomanno, (SP-02-07), a special exception permit to authorize operation of a kennel. The property is zoned Agricultural, and described as; S1118 County Road HH, lot 1, CSM 374, part of the NE ¼, SE ¼, section 18, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, tax parcels 006-0368 & 0366-1.
    3. C. Jeremy Williams, (SP-03-07), a special exception permit to construct a pond within 110 feet of a road or property line. This property is in the Agricultural District, described as: part of the NE ¼, NE ¼, section 20, T13N, R2E, Town of Woodland, tax parcel 044-0399.ild, part of the SE ¼, SE ¼, section 3, Town of Merrimac.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
  7. Adjournment.
