ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Communications.
  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Mike & Kelly Schmidt, (SP-06-07), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% to repair an eroded shoreline. The property is located in the Shoreland Protection District and described as: E11408 Hillside Dr., Grotto Island, part of the S ½, NW ¼, section 14, T13N, R6E, Town of Delton, tax parcel 008-0478.
    2. Carol Clement-Stanton, Russ Hansen, agent, (SP-07-07), a special exception permit to authorize the construction and operation of a 200 unit campground. The property is zoned Recreational-Commercial, and described as; part of the E ½, NE ¼, section 22, T13N, R5E, Town of Dellona, tax parcels 006-0441 & 0444.
    3. The Kraemer Company. LLC, (SP-08-07), a special exception permit to authorize the continued operation of a quarry. This property is located in the Agricultural District, described as: part of the SW ¼, SW ¼, section 15, part of the SE ¼, NE ¼, section 21 and part of the NW ¼, section 22, T11N, R5E, Town of Freedom, tax parcels 016-0300, 0436, 0461, 0462, 0464, 0466, 0467 & 0468.
    4. Robert R. Anderson, (SP-09-07), a special exception permit to authorize the operation of a lodging house. The property is located in the Single Family Residential District and described as: E11611 Park Ln., lot 1 CSM 4953, part of the SE ¼, NE ¼, section 14, T11N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcel 002-1226.
    5. Brian & Jody Woodbury, (SP-10-07), a special exception permit to authorize the location of a machine shop. The property is in the process of being rezoned to the Commercial District and described as: lot 1 CSM 769, part of the NE ¼, NE ¼, section 15, T11N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcel 002-0424.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
  7. Adjournment.
