ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.

  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Thomas E. Block, (SP-11-07), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading to construct a driveway. The property is located in the Shoreland Protection District and described as: located on Plum Valley Rd, SE ¼, NE ¼, section 5, T13N, R2E, Town of Woodland, tax parcel 044-0106.
    2. Pro-Scapes Landscaping, Jerry Maj, agent, (SP-12-07), a special exception permit to authorize the construction and operation of a conttractor's storage yard. The property is zoned Commercial, and described as; part of the NE ¼, SW ¼, section 24, T13N, R3E, Town of LaValle, tax parcels 024-0721.
    3. James Jenson, (SP-13-07), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading to construct a driveway. The property is located in the Shoreland Protection District and described as:: part of the SE ¼, NW ¼, section 19, T10N, R4E, Town of Franklin, tax parcels 014-0843.
    4. Louis Heitke, Serge Koenig, agent (SP-14-07), a special exception permit to authorize the construction of two wetland scrapes. The property is zoned Exclusive Agriculture and described as: part of the NE ¼, SW ¼, section 7, T9N, R6E, Town of Prairie Du Sac, tax parcel 028-0172-10000.
    5. Mark Fuller, (SP-15-07),a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading on slopes of greater than 20%. The property is located in the Shoreland Protection District and described as: located at E13523 Grace St, NW ¼, NW ¼, section 10, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, tax parcel 026-1098.
    6. Jeremy Williams, (SP-03-07), (previously tabled) a special exception permit to construct a pond within 110 feet of a road or property line. This property is in the Agricultural District, described as: part of the NE ¼, NE ¼, section 20, T13N, R2E, Town of Woodland, tax parcel 044-0399.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
