ORDER OF BUSINESS
- Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
- Approval of agenda.
- Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
- Communications.
- Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
- Evelyn Propp, Atty. Richard Lehmann, agent (SP-21-07), a special
exception permit to allow filling and grading to landscape
the lot and a change of administrative decision to not issue
a special land use permit for a deck within the minimum shoreland
setback. The property is described as: E13457 Grace St.,
lot 8 Indian Heights, section 10, Town of Merrimac.
- Village of Prairie du Sac, (SP-22-07), a special exception permit
to authorize a governmental use, a firearm practice range for
the Sauk Prairie Police Department. The property is located
in the exclusive agricultural zoning district and described
as: part of the SE ¼, NE ¼,
sec. 5, Town of Prairie du Sac.
- Nobert & Donna Meunier, dba King Pin Games Inc., (SP-23-07), a
change in administrative decision to require the rezoning of a property
for its continued commercial use. The property is described as; S6234 Count
Rd. PF, part of the SW ¼, NE ¼, sec. 21, Town of Freedom.
- Mike & Karen Marti, (SP-24-07), a special exception permit to authorize
filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% in the shoreland protection
district. The property is described as: lot 45 Goldfinch addition to Lake
Redstone, part of the NW ¼, SW ¼, section 12, Town of
La Valle.
- Kevin & Sandy Elfers, (SP-26-07), a special exception permit to authorize
filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% in the shoreland protection
district. The property is described as S1444 Indian Trail Parkway, lot 8 Indian
Trail Parkway, part of the SE ¼, NE ¼, section 24, town of
Delton.
- Open Door Baptist Church, (SP-27-07), a special exception permit
to authorize the construction of a new church. The property
is described as: lot 1 CSM 3145, part of the NW ¼, SE ¼,
section 33, Town of Greenfield.
- Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to
be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date
of the hearing prior to adjournment.
