ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Communications.
  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Evelyn Propp, Atty. Richard Lehmann, agent (SP-21-07), a special exception permit to allow filling and grading to landscape the lot and a change of administrative decision to not issue a special land use permit for a deck within the minimum shoreland setback. The property is described as: E13457 Grace St., lot 8 Indian Heights, section 10, Town of Merrimac.
    2. Village of Prairie du Sac, (SP-22-07), a special exception permit to authorize a governmental use, a firearm practice range for the Sauk Prairie Police Department. The property is located in the exclusive agricultural zoning district and described as: part of the SE ¼, NE ¼, sec. 5, Town of Prairie du Sac.
    3. Nobert & Donna Meunier, dba King Pin Games Inc., (SP-23-07), a change in administrative decision to require the rezoning of a property for its continued commercial use. The property is described as; S6234 Count Rd. PF, part of the SW ¼, NE ¼, sec. 21, Town of Freedom.
    4. Mike & Karen Marti, (SP-24-07), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% in the shoreland protection district. The property is described as: lot 45 Goldfinch addition to Lake Redstone, part of the NW ¼, SW ¼, section 12, Town of La Valle.
    5. Kevin & Sandy Elfers, (SP-26-07), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% in the shoreland protection district. The property is described as S1444 Indian Trail Parkway, lot 8 Indian Trail Parkway, part of the SE ¼, NE ¼, section 24, town of Delton.
    6. Open Door Baptist Church, (SP-27-07), a special exception permit to authorize the construction of a new church. The property is described as: lot 1 CSM 3145, part of the NW ¼, SE ¼, section 33, Town of Greenfield.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
