A. LL LBP, LLC, Steven Blakeslee, agent (SP-28-07), a special exception permit to authorize the construction of a storm water detention pond within 110 feet of a road or property line. The property is located in the Commercial zoning district and described as: part of the NE ¼, NW ¼, section 22, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-0410-11000.
B. Dale & Deb Fingerhut, (SP-29-07), a variance to authorize the construction of a family room addition to an existing residence within the minimum road setback The property is located in the Exclusive Agricultural zoning district, and described as; E6068 Mill Rd., part of the SE ¼, SE ¼, section 4, T9N, R4E, Town of Franklin, tax parcel 014-0131.
6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
