- Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
- D. L. Gasser Construction, (SP-33-07), a special exception permit to authorize the modification of the conditions of an existing special exception permit to operate a quarry. The property is located in the Agricultural District and described as: E ½, NW ¼, E ½, NE ¼, SE ¼, NE ¼, and part of the NW ¼, SE ¼, section 22, T12N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcel 002-0682, 0683 and 0685. (Withdrawn by applicant 10-02-07).
- Darren Bochler, U.S. Cellular (SP-34-07), a special exception permit to authorize the location of a new 250 foot telecommunication tower. The property is zoned Resource Conservancy District-35, and described as; E 8500 Diamond Hill Rd., part of the NW ¼, NE ¼, section 4, T11N, R5E, Town of Freedom.
