ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.

  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. D. L. Gasser Construction, (SP-33-07), a special exception permit to authorize the modification of the conditions of an existing special exception permit to operate a quarry. The property is located in the Agricultural District and described as: E ½, NW ¼, E ½, NE ¼, SE ¼, NE ¼, and part of the NW ¼, SE ¼, section 22, T12N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, tax parcel 002-0682, 0683 and 0685. (Withdrawn by applicant 10-02-07).
    2. Darren Bochler, U.S. Cellular (SP-34-07), a special exception permit to authorize the location of a new 250 foot telecommunication tower. The property is zoned Resource Conservancy District-35, and described as; E 8500 Diamond Hill Rd., part of the NW ¼, NE ¼, section 4, T11N, R5E, Town of Freedom.

The property is located in the Shoreland District and described as: E4349 W. Redstone Dr., lot 38 Mourning Dove addition to Lake Redstone, part of the NW ¼, SE ¼, section 14, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle, tax parcel 024-2149.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
