    3. Discussion and possible action on a Final Plat by Copper Creek Crossing. LLC. c/o Brad Palubicki property owner and Jamie Brandt, Team Engineering as Agent for Phase I Copper Creek Crossing, in the Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County, Wisconsin. Phase I Copper Creek Crossing encompasses 26 lots with a total development area of 39.11 acres. The property to be subdivided is located off of Golf Course Road in Section 1, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County, Wisconsin.
    4. Discussion and action on the application for a conditional use permit to create a 1.65 acre residential lot in Section 12, T10N, R4E, Town of Honey Creek, Sauk County by Donald and Marva Pagel, S7750 Pagel Drive, North Freedom, WI 53951 in accordance with the farm consolidation provisions contained in Section 7.05B(2)(c) of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
    5. Review and possible approval of an Open Air Assembly permit for the Border Riders.
    6. Request approval to attend DNR Water Management training in Green Lake, WI.
    7. Review and possible approval of staff position reclass petition.
    8. Discussion and possible appointment of Mary White as the Wisconsin Fund Authorized Representative for Sauk County.
    9. Review and possible approval of a Resolution in Support of Establishing a POWTS Maintenance Record Keeping Fee.
