- Discussion and action on rezone petition #4-2007
by Dale and Cynthia Sprecher from an Exclusive Agricultural
to an Agricultural Zoning District in the Town of Troy.
(A public hearing on this request was previously held
on March 27, 2006 and the PZLR Committee sent the petition
back to the Town to consider rezoning only the area
needed to accommodate a proposed PUD and to consider
a rezone to Resource Conservancy-5)
- Discussion and action on the application for a conditional
use permit to create two 2-acre more or less residential
lots in Section 35, T9N, R5E, Town of Troy, Sauk County
by Dale and Cynthia Sprecher in accordance with the
PUD (clustering) provisions of Sections 7.05B(2)(c),
7.12 and 22.71 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
- Discussion and action on the application for a conditional
use permit to create one 5-acre more or less residential
lot in Section 19, T11N, R5E, Town of Freedom, Sauk
County by Frank Anstett and Lois Burch in accordance
with the PUD (clustering) provisions of Sections 7.05B(2)(c),
7.12 and 22.71 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
- Discussion and action on the application for a conditional
use permit to create a 5.00 acre residential lot in
Section 15, T10N, R5E, Town of Honey Creek, Sauk County
by Donald Zick in accordance with the farm consolidation
provisions contained in Section 7.05B(2)(c) of the
Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
- Discussion and action on the application for a conditional
use permit to create a 5.00 acre residential lot in
Section 4, T11N, R4E, Town of Westfield, Sauk County
by Dale Lichte in accordance with the farm consolidation
provisions contained in Section 7.05B(2)(c) of the
Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
- Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30
A.M. (Committee to consider and take possible
action at the conclusion of the hearing).
- Petition # 5-2007 - A petition for approval of a
rezone from a Resource Conservancy 35 to a Commercial
Zoning District for the purpose of establishing a business
office with possible residential quarters for the owner/caretaker
on approximately 1.29 acres by Walter Johnson, landowner.
The parcels of land affected by the rezone are located
in Section 21, T12N, R6E in the Town of Baraboo, Sauk
County, Wisconsin.
