d. Discussion and action on the application for a conditional use permit to create a 4.99 acre residential lot in Section 24, T9N, R4E, Town of Troy, Sauk County by James & Renee Sorg in accordance with the farm consolidation provisions contained in Section 7.05B(2)(c)of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
e. Discussion and action on the application for a conditional use permit to create a 4.53 acre residential lot in Section 10, T11N, R4E, Town of Westfield, Sauk County by Karl & Judith Belk in accordance with the farm consolidation provisions contained in Section 7.05B(2)(c)of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.

a. Petition # 7-2007 - A petition for approval of a rezone from an Agricultural to a Commercial Zoning District for the purpose of establishing the correct zoning district for a small engine and automotive repair facility on approximately 2.00 acres by Vern & Tammy Mittlesteadt, landowners. The parcels of land affected by the rezone are located in Section 26, T13N, R5E in the Town of Dellona, Sauk County, Wisconsin.
