Discussion and action on the application for a conditional use permit to create a 5 acre residential lot in Section 21, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County by Steve Schulenburg in accordance with the farm consolidation provisions contained in Section 7.05B(2)(c)of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
    4. Discussion and possible action on subdivision plat on preliminary plat for Dan Dix & Janet Soucek, Mark Carlson - agent, Dix Estates Plat in the Town of Baraboo, Sauk County Wisconsin. The subdivision encompasses 6 lots with a total development area of approximately 79 acres. The property to be subdivided is located off of Old Lake Road and Steinke Road in Section 12, T11N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, Sauk County, Wisconsin.
    5. Discussion and action on cemetery plat for Walnut Hill Cemetery, Grothman & Associates - Agent, in the Town of Baraboo, Sauk County, Wisconsin. The cemetery plat encompasses 439 plots with a total area of approximately 1.2 acres. The property is located off of Madison Street in Section 26, T12N, R6E, Town of Baraboo, Sauk County, Wisconsin.
    6. Discussion on Town of Merrimac Zoning Amendment.
  11. Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30 A.M. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of each respective hearing).

    a. Petition # 16-2007.A petition for approval of a rezone from an Exclusive Agricultural, Commercial and Single-Family Residential to the Rural Community Zoning District for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the Town of Honey Creek Comprehensive Plan and Joint Master Plan for the Villages of Leland and Denzer. This rezone will assist the Villages with retaining and expanding the traditional rural hamlet character. The application was made by the Town of Honey Creek, Marcus Wenzel, Chair. The parcels of land are located in the unincorporated Villages of Leland and Denzer in the Town of Honey Creek, Sauk County, Wisconsin and are more fully described under Petition 16-2007.
