- Discussion and possible action on a petition for approval of a rezone from an Agricultural to a Single-Family Residential and Resource Conservancy 5 Zoning District for the purpose of establishing zoning that is consistent with existing and future land uses and to ensure consistent application of zoning regulations by the Town of Spring Green, Benny Stenner, Chair. The parcels of land are located in the Pinelands Subdivision (all units and additions), Wismar Forest Subdivision, Allen's Addition to Lone Rock, Monument Plantation, Laudon Flowage, Kitchen's Addition to Lone Rock (Block A Lots 1-38) and other lands generally located in Section 7, T8N, R3E in the Town of Spring Green, Sauk County, Wisconsin.
- Discussion and action on Town of Merrimac zoning amendment. The creation of Section 11.0 related to Manufactured (Mobile) Home Parks and Subdivisions.
- Consider approval of Petitions 8-2005 and 9-2005 for a Final Development Plan and Final Plat by Thomas Ritzenthaler, Poplar Meadows, LLC, in the Town of Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin. The purpose of petition is to plat a subdivision encompassing 21 single family residential lots with a total development area of 40 acres more or less. The property to be subdivided is on Fox Hill Road in Section15, T12N, R6E, Town of Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin.
- Discussion and action on the application for a conditional use permit to create a 2.00 acre more or less residential lot in Section 26,T11N, R4E, Town of Westfield, Sauk County by David and Laura Delp in accordance with the farm consolidation provisions contained in Section 7.05B(2)(c)of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
