Discussion and possible action on the application for a conditional use permit to create a 2.00 acre more or less residential lot in Section 26,T11N, R4E, Town of Westfield, Sauk County by David and Laura Delp in accordance with the farm consolidation provisions contained in Section 7.05B(2)(c)of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
    5. Discussion and possible action on a petition for approval of a rezone from an Agricultural to a Single-Family Residential and Resource Conservancy 5 Zoning District by the Town of Spring Green, Benny Stenner, Chair. The parcels of land are located in the Pinelands Subdivision (all units and additions), Wismar Forest Subdivision, Allen's Addition to Lone Rock, Monument Plantation (& 1st Addition), Laudon Flowage, Kitchen's Addition to Lone Rock (Block A Lots 1-38) and other lands generally located in Section 7, T8N, R3E in the Town of Spring Green, Sauk County, Wisconsin as shown on the map included with the staff report.
    6. Approval of Matt Bremer's attendance at 2007-2008 Wisconsin Land Use and Zoning Leadership Seminar. - $300.00.
    7. Discussion on Sauk County Code of Ordinances Section 7.14(3)(d)4 - Permanent Farm Buildings exempt from a County permit & schedule public hearing to discuss the change to the language.
