   1. Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed. Motion by Meister, seconded by Volz to approve December 2006 bills in the amount of $ 6,032.66 .
      Motion carried.
   2. Review and Possible Approval of a Resolution for Initial Engineering Services for Lake Development at the Sauk County Community Forest.
      Motion by Meister, seconded by Sprecher to request the Finance Committee to transfer an amount not to exceed $10,000.00 from the Contingency Fund to the Parks Department Budget to acquire professional services from Montgomery Associates for field investigation of soil composition and water quality sampling at the Sauk County Community Forest.
      Motion carried.
   3. Approve List of Stakeholders to Develop Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan.
      Motion by Sprecher, seconded by Stevens to approve list of stakeholders, with noted additions, to develop Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan.
      Motion carried.
   4. Review CORP Public Survey Results. Discussion followed.

   5. Approve Request from Hillpoint Rod & Gun Club to hold Fisharee at White Mound Boat Landing on Saturday, February 10, 2007. Discussion followed.
      Motion by Volz, seconded by Stevens to approve request from Hillpoint Rod & Gun Club to hold Fisharee at White Mound Boat Landing on Saturday, February 10, 2007.

   1. Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed. Motion by Stevens, seconded by Meister to approve December 2006 bills in the amount of $ 267,789.53 .
