   1. Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed. Motion by Meister, seconded by Stevens to approve January 2007 bills in the amount of $ 1,390.06 .

   2. Discuss Tri-County Airport Impact on Creation of Lake at Community Forest. Discussion followed. Wisconsin Dept. of Agriculture rendered the opinion that there would be a conflict between waterfowl and jet turbine powered aircraft at the Tri-County Airport.

   3. Update on Fish & Game Project at White Mound. Discussion followed.
      No Action.
   4. Approve Fees and Charges for 2007. Motion by Volz, seconded by Stevens to approve fees and charges for 2007.

   6. Review Goals and Objectives and Mission Statement.
      Motion by Sprecher, seconded by Stevens to approve Parks Dept. 2007 Goals, Objectives and Mission Statement.

   1. Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed. Motion by Stevens, seconded by Meister to approve December 2006 bills in the amount of $ 31,729.32 and January 2007 bills in the amount of $ 204,929.54 .

   2. Review and Approval of Employee Requests for Vacation Carryovers.

      Kevin Ketelboeter - 29 hours Thomas Sliter - 63.5 hours
      Motion by Stevens, seconded by Sprecher to approve vacation carryovers.

   7. Discuss Renewal of Lease for Pit and Facilities Located Town of Delton off STH 23.

      Motion by Volz, seconded by Stevens to approve 2006 Highway Department Annual Report.

   9. Review and Approve Quotes for Plasma Cutter. Discussion followed. Three Quotes were received. Motion by Stevens, seconded by Volz to approve purchase of a Plasma Cutter from
      Badger Welding Supplies, Inc. in the amount of $ 2,312.00 .

   10. Review and Approve Quotes for a Portable Welder. Discussion followed. Seven Quotes were received. Motion by Stevens, seconded by Sprecher to approve purchase of a Portable Welder from Badger Welding Supplies, Inc. in the amount of $ 2,323.50 .

   11. Discuss Equipment Purchases for 2007. Discussion followed.

   12. Discuss Road Construction Projects for 2007. Discussion followed.

8. Next Meeting. Motion by Stevens, seconded by Sprecher to adjourn to the next regularly scheduled meeting set for Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at 8:00 a.m. at the Highway Department office.
