   1. Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed. Motion by Meister, seconded by Sprecher to approve March 2007 bills in the amount of $ 261,418.51 .

   2. Review and Approval of Employee Requests for Vacation Carryovers.
      Jeff Thompson - 60 hours. Motion by Sprecher, seconded by Volz to approve vacation carryover.

   5. Review and Approve Truck V-Box Spreaders Upgrade. Discussion followed.
      Motion by Stevens, seconded by Meister to approve upgrading the bid awarded to Madison Truck Equipment on March 14, 2007 from a Model EV100 to a Model EV150 for an additional cost of $500.00/unit for a total cost for two units of $27,450.00.

   6. Review and Approve Employee Claim for Replacement of Damaged Eye Glasses.
      Motion by Stevens, seconded by Sprecher to approve payment to Jack Greenwood for replacement of damaged eye glasses in the amount of $300.00.

   7. Review and Approve Highway Department's 2008 Mission, Vision and Goals. Discussion followed. Motion by Meister, seconded by Stevens to approve Highway Department's 2008 Mission, Vision and Goals.

   8. Review and Approve Quotes on Construction Materials and Liquid Asphalt at
      10:30 a.m. 10 Quotes were received for Road Construction Materials and Liquid Asphalt.
      Motion by Stevens, seconded by Meister to purchase materials which would be most advantageous to Sauk County.
      Motion carried.
   9. Review and Approve Caterpillar Buy Back Program on Construction Equipment.

      Discussion followed. Motion by Meister, seconded by Sprecher to approve replacement of the following equipment on the Caterpillar Buy Back Program at a total cost for all new equipment after trade of $128,000.00.
