1. Meeting called to Order by Chairman Hartje. Present: Hartje, Meister, Stevens, Sprecher, and Volz.
   Absent: None.
   Also present: Muchow; M. Krueger - County Board Chairman.
2. Adopt Agenda. Motion by Stevens, seconded by Sprecher.
   Motion carried.
3. Department: Transportation
   1. Road Inspection Tour - County Trunk Highways.
      Motion by Meister, seconded by Volz to leave for County Road Inspection Tour.
      Motion carried.
4. Adjournment. Returned from Road Tour.
   Motion by Sprecher, seconded by Volz to adjourn until the next meeting set for Wednesday, May 9, 2007 at 8:00 a.m.
   Motion carried.
