    Koenig reported that a water sample taken at the White Mound Park horse campground tested bad.

    1. Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed. Motion by Meister, seconded by Stevens to approve April 2007 bills in the amount of $ 9,423.62 .

    2. Update on Timber Harvest at County Forest. Discussion followed.

    3. Review Parks Department Vision Statement. Discussion followed.

    4. Request for Worship Service at White Mound Park on August 5, 2007 per Chapter 10.02 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinance. Discussion followed.
      Motion by Stevens, seconded by Sprecher to approve request for worship service at White Mound Park on August 5, 2007.

  7. Department: Transportation
    1. Review and Approval of Vouchers. Discussion followed. Motion by Stevens, seconded by Volz to approve April 2007 bills in the amount of $ 358,299.36 .

    2. Review and Approval of Employee Requests for Vacation Carryovers.

    5. Review and Approve Resolution Expressing Support for the Continuation/Preservation of a Rail Corridor Affecting the Prairie Du Sac and Sauk City Communities. Discussion followed.

      Motion by Meister, seconded by Volz to approve Resolution expressing support for continuation of rail service through the Badger Army Ammunition Plant and for preservation of a contiguous rail corridor serving the Sauk Prairie communities and support for a trail along the existing rail alignment through the Villages of Sauk City and Prairie Du Sac and expressing support for the continuation of rail service to Sauk County.
      Motion carried.

    6. Approve Attendance for Committee Members at 2007 WCHA Summer Conference.
      Motion by Meister, seconded by Hartje to approve attendance for Hartje, Meister, Sprecher, Stevens and Volz at 2007 WCHA Summer Conference on June 11-13, 2007.
      Motion carried.
    7. Review and Approval of Roof Repairs to Reedsburg Shop Facility. Discussion followed.

    8. Discuss Equipment Replacements for 2007. Discussion followed.
      Motion by Volz, seconded by Sprecher to give S. Muchow authority to purchase an air compressor with a cost not to exceed $ 7,500.00.

    10. Discuss Window and Door Replacements at West Baraboo Facility. Discussion followed.
