   • Authorize out-of-state travel request by Denise Brusveen to attend a Finpack (farm financial) training in East Lansing, MI December 2-3, 2008 (no cost to county)
8. Arts and Culture
   • Monthly Report/Review and Approval of Vouchers
   • Approval of mini grants, artist registry and historic registry
   • Report from Supervisor Huffaker on Economic Committee issues
   • Items for discussion
     • Consider bids for design of new arts brochures and website
     • Finalize copy for brochure; discussion of number to print, identification of available mailing lists
     • Progress report on WCA Conference table activities
     • Discuss need for volunteers and other administrative needs for the conference
     • Consider any proposals for special arts/humanities/historic preservation projects
     • Review & approval of grants
