     • Consider changes in grant instructions requiring some cash match instead of 100% in kind contributions and establishig
       • clear guidelines as to what may be used for in kind contributions.
     • Discuss possibility for Vista worker to assist in support of the arts & culture portion of UW Extension as suggested by Supervisor Huffaker
