The regular meeting of the Sauk County Arts, Humanities and Historic Preservation Committee was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 1:00 p.m. by Art Carlson.

Members present: Arthur Carlson, Dale Loomis, Molly Arbogast, Judy Ashford, Rose White, Peter Tollaksen

Members excused: Tommy Lee Bychinski

Others present: Anne Katz, George Tzougros, Karen Goeschko, Larry McCoy, Orris Smith, Ellen Paul, Karna Hanna, Dale Jaedike

The agenda was approved on a motion by Tollaksen second by Loomis, and a unanimous vote of the Committee.

The minutes of the prior meeting were approved on a motion by Loomis, second by Ashford, and a unanimous vote of the Committee.

• Anne Katz, Executive Director of Arts Wisconsin, George Tzougros, Executive Director of Wisconsin Arts Board and Karen Goeschko, Assistant Director of Wisconsin Arts Board Discussed their Arts and Economic Development Initiative.

Approval of vouchers

Motion made by Tollaksen, second by Loomis and a unanimous vote of the Committee.

Meeting adjourned on a motion by Tollaksen second by Ashford, with a unanimous committee vote.
