    1. Resolution commending the 40th anniversary of the UW Baraboo/Sauk County Campus.

    1. Approval of County vouchers.

    Public Hearing @ 6:00 p.m. in Room #326 (County Board Room) of the West Square Building, for the purpose of providing the citizens of Sauk County an explanation of community development needs, objectives and strategies. Additionally, information will be provided on the Community Development Block Grant - Flood Recovery Small Business (CDBG-FRSB) program, relative to program goals, objectives, the application process, timeline, and eligible activities.
    
    Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has waived some of the terms and conditions required to implement the program because of the urgent local need.
    
    The Department of Commerce has requested additional CDBG funds to assist in implementation of the program.
    
    The agenda for the public hearing is:

    1. Convene Public Hearing.
    2. Basic overview of CDBG program.
    3. Identification of total potential funds.
    4. Eligible CDBG activities:
       1. Economic Development
       2. Public Facilities
       3. Housing
    5. Presentation of indentified housing and community development needs.
    6. Identification of housing and community development needs by public.
    7. Presentation of activities proposed for CDBG-FRSB activities.
    8. Citizen input regarding proposed and other CDBG-FRSB activities.
    9. Public comment regarding proposed and other CDBG-FRSB activities, (registration forms on back table of Board Room).
