Convene Public Hearing @ 6:00 p.m. in Room #326 (County Board Room) of the West Square Building, for the purpose of providing citizens of Sauk County an explanation of community development needs, objectives and strategies. Additionally, information will be provided on the Community Development Block Grant - Flood Recovery Small Business (CDBG-FRSB) program, relative to program goals, objectives, the application process, timeline, and eligible activities.
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has waived some of the terms and conditions required to implement the program because of urgent local need; and the Department of Commerce has requested additional CDBG funds to assist in implementation of the program.

- Sauk Prairie Area Chamber of Commerce resolution 8-20-2008 in support of the Town of Prairie du Sac, Village of Prairie du Sac, and Village of Sauk City Comprehensive Plan that calls for development of a river front trail along the Wisconsin River to allow users to enjoy scenic vistas, watch wildlife and to spark river front revitalization and reinvestment which calls for the utilization of the unused rail line.

Claim on behalf of Andrew Riviere for monetary relief in the amount of $13,198 for alleged injuries resulting from incarceration while in the Sauk County Jail. Chair Krueger referred claim to the Executive & Legislative Committee.
