Chair Krueger relayed the message that Steve Fearing had called and on behalf of the Joyce Fearing family, thanked the Board for honoring Joyce. Chair Krueger presented a certificate of appreciation to Patricia L. Carignan for her 34 years of service to Sauk County. Patricia L. Carrigan addressed the Board with thanks and appreciation, and was given a standing ovation by Board members.
