SPECIAL MEETING

ATTENDANCE:
Members Present: Robert Cassity, Chair, Steven Bach, Tommy Lee Bychinski, Arthur Carlson [via Telephone]
Others Present: Kathy Schauf, Sauk County Administrative Coordinator, Alene Kleczek, Sauk County Acting Corporation Counsel, Trish Vandre, Aging & Disability Resource Center Director, Lee J. Roundy, Aging & Disability Resource Center Fiscal Accounting Technician
Absent: Marcy Huffaker

CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by R. Cassity at 8:30 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.

AGENDA: Motion by T. Bychinski to adopt the Agenda, second by A. Carlson.
Motion carried.

BUSINESS ITEMS:

1. Consider Approval of Location of October 2008 Aging & Disability Resource Center’s LivingWell Expo: Motion by S. Bach to approve the Baraboo High School as the location for the 2008 LivingWell Expo, requiring all exhibitors to provide proof of insurability, and Corporation Counsel should continue to negociate for the hold harmless waiver, second by T. Bychinski.
   Motion carried.
2. Consider ”Resolution to Establish a Transportation Coordination Committee as a Special Committee of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors”: Committee reviewed and discussed the Resolution. The Resolution will be forwarded to the Executive & Legislative and Human Services Board Committees for their review and approval. The Resolution will be forwarded to the ADRC Committee for approval at the Regular August Meeting.

ADJOURNMENT: Motion by S. Bach to adjourn the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee at 9:11 a.m., second by T. Bychinski.
