Others present: Kathy Schauf, Alene Kleczek, Charlie Montgomery, Judy Ashford, Robert Cassity, Henry Netzinger, Lowell Haugen, Stephen Bach, Bonnie Manning, Town Representatives

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 4:00 p.m.

The agenda was approved on a motion by Fordham, second by Endres.

Business Items:

Consideration of Committee appointments

Chairperson Krueger indicated methodology for appointments. The committee discussed the appointments, and rationale for appointments.

Motion by Endres, second by Fordham, to have Highway appoint an advisor to Land Conservation to represent Parks.
Motion carried.

Motion by Stevens, second by Endres to approve the Committee appointments for distribution to the Board of Supervisors for approval at the regular May meeting.
Motion carried.

Motion by Fordham, second by Stevens to adjourn the meeting.
Motion carried.
