Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to adopt the Agenda. Motion Carried.
Wheeler made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Minutes of the previous meeting. Motion Carried.
Montgomery made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Circuit Court's Vouchers for December 2007 in the amount of $390.19. Motion Carried.
Montgomery made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the Family Court Commissioner's Monthly Report and Vouchers for December 2007 in the amount of $719.00 & January 2008 in the amount of $230.00. Motion Carried.
Wheeler made a motion second by Montgomery to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk's Monthly Report and vouchers for December 2007 in the amount of $817.27. Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Sinklair to approve Child Support's Monthly Report and vouchers for December 2007 in the amount of $1,536.92 & January 2008 in the amount of $827.10. Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the Clerk of Court's monthly report and vouchers for December 2007 in the amount of $36,317.01. Motion Carried.
Montgomery made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the District Attorney's Monthly Report and vouchers for December 2007 in the amount of $1,536.92 & January 2008 in the amount of $827.10 . Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Wheeler to allow Vicki Meister, Terry Radke and one Jury Clerk to attend as necessary the Winter Clerk of Court conference February 13 th through the 15 th at the Kalahari in Lake Delton . Motion Carried.
Wheeler made a motion second by Sinklair to adjourn to February 12, 2008 at 8:15 a.m. Motion Carried.
