PRESENT: Stevens, Sinklair, Wheeler, Tollaksen, Evenson, Grill, Daniels, Johnson, Radke, Stammen, W. Steinhorst and R. Steinhorst.
The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties notified.
Sinklair made a motion, second by Tollaksen to adopt the Agenda moving item # 7 to the top of the Agenda.
Motion Carried.
Sinklair made a motion, second by Tollaksen to approve the Minutes of the previous meeting.
Motion Carried.
Judge Evenson, Sheriff’s Stammen and Sgt. Steinhorst appeared to discuss and give a report on a Court Security evaluation for the Historic Courthouse and West Square Building.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Wheeler to approve the Circuit Court’s Vouchers for December 2007 in the amount of $622.10 and January 2008 in the amount of $895.96.

Tollaksen made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the Family Court Commissioner’s Monthly Report and Vouchers for January 2008 in the amount of $840.00.
Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Wheeler to approve the Register In Probate/Juvenile Clerk’s Monthly Report and vouchers for December 2007 in the amount of $2,353.00 and for January 2008 in the amount of $216.55.
Motion Carried.
Sinklair made a motion second Tollaksen by to approve Child Support’s Monthly Report and vouchers for December 2007 in the amount of $1,1,136 and January 2008 in the amount of $2,546.38.
Motion Carried.
Sinklair made a motion second Tollaksen to approve the Clerk of Court’s monthly report and vouchers for December 2007 in the amount of $28,320.07 and January 2008 in the amount of $5,293.39.
Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Wheeler to approve the District Attorney’s Monthly Report and vouchers for January 2008 in the amount of $920.04.
Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Stevens to adjourn to March 11, 2008 at 8:15 a.m. Motion Carried.
