PRESENT: Stevens, Sinklair, Montgomery , Tollaksen, Sprecher, Grill, Daniels, Vesley, Meister, Schauf, Barrett and Steinhorst.
The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties notified.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to adopt the Agenda. Motion Carried.
Sinklair made a motion, second by Tollaksen to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting. Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the Resolution commending Karyle E. Johnson for Over Thirty Two Years of Faithful Service to the People of Sauk County and to take it to full County Board on September 16, 2008. Motion Carried.
Montgomery made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Resolution recognizing September as Juror Appreciation Month and to take it to full County Board on September 16, 2008. Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Sprecher to approve the Circuit Court's vouchers for August 2008 in the amount of $848.60. Motion Carried.
Leo Grill, Court commissioner appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner and Family Court Counseling's monthly report.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Sinklair to approve the Family Court Commissioner's Monthly vouchers for August 2008 in the amount of $790.00. Motion Carried.
Montgomery made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve Leo Grill's attendance at 2008 Legal Ethics sponsored by The State Bar of Wisconsin 2008. Motion Carried.
Vicki Meister, Clerk of Court appeared to present the Clerk of Court's Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sprecher to approve the Clerk of Court's vouchers for August 2008 in the amount of $32,286.65. Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the Register In Probate's vouchers for August 2008 in the amount of $4,162.17. Motion Carried.
Tori Vesely, Acting Child Support Director appeared to present the Child Support Agency's monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sprecher to approve the Child Support's vouchers for August 2008 in the amount of $3,227.30. Motion Carried.
Ruth Steinhorst, District Attorney's Office Manager, appeared to present the District Attorney's Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the District Attorney's vouchers for August 2008 in the amount of $1,380.35. Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sprecher to adjourn to October 14, 2008 at 8:15 a.m. Motion Carried.
