PRESENT: Stevens, Sinklair, Montgomery , Tollaksen, Sprecher, Grill, Daniels, Vesley, Meister, Radke, Kleczek, Moffit, Jelinek, Barrett and Steinhorst.
The meeting was properly posted and all interested parties notified.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to adopt the Agenda. Motion Carried.
Sinklair made a motion, second by Sprecher to adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting. Motion Carried.
Discussion took place regarding restitution surcharge and witness fees. The Committee requested Alene Kleczek Acting Corporation Counsel to review the options.
Tollaksen made a motion second by Sprecher to approve the Circuit Court's vouchers for September 2008 in the amount of $1,467.07. Motion Carried.
Leo Grill, Court commissioner appeared to present the Family Court Commissioner and Family Court Counseling's monthly report.
Montgomery made a motion second by Tollaksen to approve the Family Court Commissioner's Monthly vouchers for September 2008 in the amount of $1,126.00 and to approve Grill's attendance at the "Through the Eyes of a Child" seminar, November 13-14, 2008, at the Kalahari, Wisconsin Dells. Motion Carried.
Vicki Meister, Clerk of Court appeared to present the Clerk of Court's Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the Clerk of Court's vouchers for September 2008 in the amount of $35,516.78 and to approve Meister's attendance at the Fall Clerk of Court Conference in Spring Green on October 15 th to the 17 th and request for Terry Radke's attendance on October 16 th . Motion Carried.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the Register In Probate's vouchers for September 2008 in the amount of $4,162.17. Motion Carried.
Tori Vesely, Acting Child Support Director appeared to present the Child Support Agency's monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Montgomery to approve the Child Support's vouchers for September 2008 in the amount of $4,670.34. Motion Carried.
Jeff Jelinek appeared to present the Emergency Management's Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sprecher to approve the Emergency Management's vouchers for September 2008 in the amount of $1,012.29. Motion Carried.
Ruth Steinhorst, District Attorney's Office Manager, appeared to present the District Attorney's Monthly Report.
Tollaksen made a motion, second by Sinklair to approve the District Attorney's vouchers for September 2008 in the amount of $1,394.36. Motion Carried.
Montgomery made a motion, second by Tollaksen to adjourn to November 11, 2008 at 8:15 a.m. Motion Carried.
