ORDER OF BUSINESS:

The meeting was called to order by Chair J. Stoeckmann at 5:05 P.M. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meetings Law.

AGENDA:

Motion by T. Kriegl to adopt agenda with amendment for public comment, second by L. Haugen. Discussion regarding appropriateness of adding public comment without 24 hour notice. Motion failed. Motion by S. Clement to adopt agenda, second by D. Stehling. T. Kriegl opposed. Motion carried.

Motion by D. Stehling, second by S. Clement enter into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats §19.85(1)(g), conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which is, or is likely to become involved. Public Health Director. Closed session to include: M. Koehler, L. Lubinsky, K. Schauf. Roll call vote was taken, Stoeckmann - aye, Clement - aye, Delong - aye, Kriegl - no, Haugen - aye, Stehling - aye. Motion carried.

Motion by L. Haugen, second by D. Stehling to reconvene in open session. Motion carried.

Motion D. Stehling, second by L. Haugen to adjourn. Motion carried.
