- Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
- Approval of agenda.
- Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
- Communications.
- Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
- Richard Ruppin, (SP-01-08), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading, and a variance to authorize the construction of a boathouse on slopes of more than 20%. The property is described as: S7728 Allbrite Rd., lot 2 CSM 2314, part of the NE ¼, NW ¼, section 10, Town of Merrimac.
- Dave Leatherberry, (SP-02-08), a special exception permit to authorize the location and operation of a quarry. The property is zoned Agricultural and described as: part of the E ½, NW ¼, section 26, Town of Baraboo.
- Norbert & Donna Meunier (SP-23-07), (previously tabled) a change of administrative decision to deny the operation of the business as a cottage industry and require that the property rezone to the Commercial District. The property is located in the Resource Conservancy-35 zoning district and described as: S6234 County Road PF, lot 1 CSM 4265, part of the SW ¼, NE ¼, sec. 21, Town of Freedom.
- Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
