ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Communications.
  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Richard Ruppin, (SP-01-08), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading, and a variance to authorize the construction of a boathouse on slopes of more than 20%. The property is described as: S7728 Allbrite Rd., lot 2 CSM 2314, part of the NE ¼, NW ¼, section 10, Town of Merrimac.
    2. Dave Leatherberry, (SP-02-08), a special exception permit to authorize the location and operation of a quarry. The property is zoned Agricultural and described as: part of the E ½, NW ¼, section 26, Town of Baraboo.
    3. Norbert & Donna Meunier (SP-23-07), (previously tabled) a change of administrative decision to deny the operation of the business as a cottage industry and require that the property rezone to the Commercial District. The property is located in the Resource Conservancy-35 zoning district and described as: S6234 County Road PF, lot 1 CSM 4265, part of the SW ¼, NE ¼, sec. 21, Town of Freedom.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
