ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Communications.
  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Jackson Pellet, (SP-03-08), a special exception permit to authorize location of a private aircraft landing field. The property is described as: S7991 Denzer Rd., lot 1 CSM 4579, part of the NE ¼, SW ¼, section 10, Town of Honey Creek.
    2. Dale Schnoor, Bindl Bauer (SP-04-08), a special exception permit to authorize the location and operation of a limestone quarry. The property is zoned Agricultural and described as: part of the S ½, NW ¼, section 20, Town of Woodland. HEARING HAS BEEN PULLED FROM THE AGENDA AT THE APPLICANTS REQUEST. THIS WILL NOT BE HEARD BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ON APRIL 24TH.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
  7. Adjournment.
