  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
    1. Jama & Thomas Graves, (SP-11-08), a variance to authorize the location of a residence built within the minimum road setback. The property is described as: S7645 High Point Dr., lot 54 of Eagle Point, part of the SE ¼, SE ¼, section 10, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac.
    2. Dan Mundth, (SP-12-08), a special exception permit to authorize construction of a pond within 110 feet of a property line. The property is described as: E5009 Coon Valley Rd., part of the SE ¼, SW ¼, section 18, T12N, R4E, Town of Reedsburg.
  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment. Discussion by the Board of Special Exception Permits for filling and grading in the Shoreland District.
  7. Discussion by the Board of Special Exception Permits for filling and grading in the Shoreland District.
