ORDER OF BUSINESS

  1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
  2. Approval of agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
  4. Communications.
  5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.

    A. Sammy Nixon, (SP-18-08), a special exception permit to authorize a plan for replanting a clear cut section of shoreline and also authorize filling and grading in the shoreland protection zone and a variance to authroize the construction of a boathouse where existing slopes were in excess of 20% The property is described as: S1380 Sauk Ct., lot 51 Canary addition to Lake Redstone, part of the NW ¼, NE ¼, section 23, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.

    B. Thomas Happ, (SP-19-08), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% during the construction of a detached garage. The property is described as S1248 W. Redstone Dr., lot 36 Oriole addition to Lake Redstone, part of the SW ¼, SE ¼, section 14, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.

    C. Dannie Gingerich, (SP-20-08), a special exception permit to authorize the location and operation of an agricultural related business, a harness shop with occasional auctions. The property is described as: part of the SW ¼, NW ¼, section 20, T12N, R3E, Town of Ironton.

    D. Richard Iverson, (SP-21-08), a special exception permit to authorize the location of a pond (as built) within 110 feet of a property line. The property is described as: S10475 County Road G, part of the NW ¼, SE ¼, section 10, T9N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek.

    E. Lawrence & Jeanette Meade, (SP-22-08), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading within 300 feet of Lake Wisconsin as part of a shoreline protection and restoration project. The property is described as lots 19 & 20 of Lake View Estates, part of the NW ¼, SE ¼, section 8, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac.

    F. Steven & Glenna Oleson, (SP-23-08), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% within 1000 feet of a lake. The property is described as: E12801 County Road DL, part of the E ½, NE ¼, section 28, T11N, R7E, Town of Merrimac.

  6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
