ORDER OF BUSINESS

1. Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.
2. Approval of agenda.
3. Approval of minutes of previous meeting.
4. Communications.
5. Review and possible action on the proposed schedule for 2009.
6. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
   
   A. Gehri Rentals LLC, (SP-24-08), a change of administrative decision to deny a permit for a cabin built within the floodway. The property is described as: part of the NE ¼, section 1, T13N, R2E, Town of Woodland.
   
   B. Daniel & Donna Meise, (SP-25-08), a special exception permit to authorize the location and operation of a philanthropic or charitable institution. The property is described as S5927 U.S. Highway 12, part of the NW ¼, SW ¼, SE ¼, section 15, T11N, R6E, Town of Baraboo.
7. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
