5. Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.
   
   A. James Olson & Alice Bryne, (SP-26-08), two variances for an addition to an existing garage in excess of the maximum square footage permitted, within the minimum road setback. The property is described as: S1278 W. Redstone Dr., lot 1 CSM 5757, part of the SW ¼, NE ¼, section 14, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.
   
   B. Carl & Theresa Dvorak, (SP-27-08), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% for the reconstruction/repair (as completed) of a number of retaining walls. The property is described as S752 W. Redstone Dr., lot 4 CSM 5032, part of the NW ¼, SW ¼, section 12, T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.
   
   C. John Muszynski, (SP-28-08), a special exception permit to authorize filling and grading on slopes of more than 20% to stabilize eroded area along the shoreline of Lake Redstone. The property is described as: S1276 Oriole Ct. Lot 24 Oriole addition to Lake Redstone, part of the NW ¼, NE ¼, section 23 T13N, R3E, Town of La Valle.
   
6. Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing. Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.
