Discussion and action on the application for a conditional use permit to create a 2.50 acre more or less residential lot in Section 10, T9N, R6E, Town of Prairie du Sac, Sauk County by Kenneth Weiss in accordance with the farm consolidation provisions contained in Section 7.05B(2)(c)of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
    e. Discussion and action on the application for a conditional use permit to create a Planned Unit Development of 4.34 acre more or less residential lot in Section 7, T10N, R6E, Town of Sumpter, Sauk County by Galen Accola in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 7.12 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
    f. Discussion and possible action on request for a waiver to reduce the access requirements (lot frontage) in accordance with the provisions of Section 22.14 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances from 40 feet to 20 feet by Eileen Eberle for Joe & Kristi Jankowski, Robert & Donna Kenas, and Robert & Marian LeCount, in Section 18 and 19, T19N, R3E, Town of Bear Creek, Sauk County.
  8. Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30 A.M. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of each respective hearing).

    a. Petition # 6-2008.A petition to establish a Planned Residential Unit Development according to Section 8.12 Sauk County Shoreland Protection Ordinance for the Lakeview Estates Condominium Plat, being a part of Section 8, T10N, R7E, Town of Merrimac, Sauk County, Wisconsin.
