Discussion and action on the application for a conditional use permit to create a Planned Unit Development of 3.00 acres more or less residential lot in Section 7, T11N, R7E, Town of Greenfield, Sauk County by Edwin & Delores Reuter Estate in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 7.12 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
    g. Discussion and possible action on a final plat (Class I) of K&J Estates, Town of Reedsburg, by KJ Management, Richard Blakeslee surveyor.
    h. Discussion and possible action on final plat (Class I) of River Acres, Town of Excelsior, by Stephen Blakeslee, Richard Blakeslee, surveyor.
    i. Discussion and possible action on undertaking an evaluation program for steel tanks - start with the area around Lake Redstone in order to protect water quality.
    j. Discussion and action on Joel Gaalswyk receiving per diem & mileage for attendance at a PDR presentation by American Farmland Trust in Waterloo, WI.
