    a.     Petition # 10-2008.A petition to rezone certain lands in the Town of Freedom, County of Sauk, Wisconsin, from a Resource Conservancy 35 to a Recreational-Commercial Zoning District for Michael Kessenich. Lands to be affected by the proposed rezone are located in Section 15, T11N, R5E, Town of Freedom, Sauk County, Wisconsin. Said parcel to be rezoned includes 2.13 acres more or less.
  10. Possible closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Performance evaluation of Director of Planning & Zoning.
  11. Reconvene in open session.
