   • Surveyor
     1. Discussion and possible action on awarding contracts for the remonumentation project
     2. Vouchers
     3. Discussion and possible action on designating a private registered land surveyor to review the County Surveyor's submittal of tie sheets for the County's remonumentation bounty program.
   • Planning & Zoning
     1. Discussion and possible action on 2009 Planning, Zoning and Land Records Committee Public Hearing dates and monthly deadlines.
     2. Discussion and possible action on Amending Section 7.20(3) and 20.07(3) of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances regarding raising the range and amount of forfeitures for violations of Chapter 7 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances. This to be followed by determining a public hearing date for this amendment.
     3. Discussion and action on the application for a conditional use permit to create a Planned Unit Development of 3.00 acres more or less PUD cluster lot in Section 7, T11N, R7E, Town of Greenfield, Sauk County by Dennis Reuter, in accordance with the provisions contained in Section 7.10(2)(c) of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances.
7. Public Hearing: To begin at approximately 9:30 A.M. (Committee to consider and take possible action at the conclusion of each respective hearing).
   1. Petition # 12-2008. A petition to rezone certain lands in the Town of Reedsburg, County of Sauk, Wisconsin, from an Exclusive Agricultural to an Agricultural Zoning District for Larry Mundth. The land to be affected by the proposed rezone to Commercial is located in Section 29, T.12N, R.4E, Town of Reedsburg, Sauk County, Wisconsin. Said parcel affected by the rezone includes 1.41 acres of which ¼ acres more or less will be rezoned.
   2. Petition # 13-2008.A petition to rezone certain lands in the Town of Winfield, County of Sauk, Wisconsin, out of the Shoreland-Wetland District for Michael Wilson. Lands to be affected by the proposed rezone are located in Section 10, T13N, R4E, Town of Winfield, Sauk County, Wisconsin. Said parcel to be rezoned includes 0.1 acres more or less.
