The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 3:00 p.m.
The agenda was approved on a motion by Stevens, second by LaRowe. Motion carried.
Motion by Stevens, second by LaRowe, to nominate Bychinski as Chair of the Revolving Loan Fund Committee. Motion carried.
Motion by Alibrando, second by Bychinski, to nominate LaRowe as Vice-Chair of the Revolving Loan Fund Committee. Motion carried.
Motion by LaRowe, second by Stevens, to nominate Alibrando as Secretary of the Revolving Loan Fund Committee. Motion carried.
