1. Meeting called to Order by Chairman Hartje. Present: Hartje, Sprecher, Volz, and Gaalswyk.
   
   Absent: Meister.
   
   Also present: Muchow.
2. Adopt Agenda. Motion by Sprecher, seconded by Volz.
   Motion carried.
3. Department: Highway
   1. Road Inspection Tour - County Trunk Highways.
      Motion by Volz, seconded by Sprecher to leave for County Road Inspection Tour.
      Motion carried.
4. Adjournment. Returned from Road Tour. Motion by Gaalswyk, seconded by Sprecher to adjourn to the next regularly scheduled meeting set for Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. at the Highway Department office.
   Motion carried.
