HIGHWAY & PARKS:  Resolution 4-09  Commending Gary Wohling for More Than 33 Years of Faithful Service to the People of Sauk County.

LAND CONSERVATION:
Resolution 6-09  Authorizing Attendance at Manure Digester Summit.
Moved (Wiese/Huffaker).  Moved (Lehman/Borleske), to amend resolution to approve per diem, mileage and registration fee for all Supervisors who attended the Summit.  Discussion regarding County Board approval step to authorize payment to Board members for expenses.  Supervisor Ashford requesting clarification on per diem payment rules.  Alene Kleczek, Acting Corporation Counsel, regarding Wisconsin State Statutes è 59.13(2), in relation to per diems, mileage and reimbursement for other expenses for attendance at any school, institute or meeting which Board members attend.  Vote on Motion to amend:

Resolution 7-09  Approving Community Development Block Grants Flood Relief Small Business.  Moved (Bychinski/Stevens).  Supervisor Bychinski with overview;  and request to refer any flood affected small business to apply for a Block Grant.  Supervisor Zowin excused due to a possible conflict of interest.  Vote:  AYES:  (28)  Alexander, Ashford, Bach, Borleske, Bychinski, Carlson, Cassity, Dippel, Fordham, Gaalswyk, Hartje, Haugen, Huffaker, Kriegl, Lehman, Montgomery, Netzinger, Sinklair, Sprecher, Stehling, Stevens, Stoeckmann, Tollaksen, Volz, Wenzel, Wiese, Endres and Krueger.  NAY:  (0).  EXCUSED:  (1)  Zowin.  ABSENT:  (2)  Meister and Posewitz.
