Discussion regarding information on handout from the Sheriff's Department regarding average Jail population; proposed contract with the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections; revenues vs. expenses; jurisdictional income; and ongoing review of Jail operations.
Chair Krueger stated that per Rules of the Board , debate by Supervisors would be limited to three minutes: RULE VI. PROCEDURE . C. Any member wishing to speak to a question shall be permitted to do so at least once, and a motion for the previous question shall not be in order until every member has had such opportunity.
