Chair Krueger called the meeting to order at 8:00 A.M. and noted compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
Motion by Endres, seconded by Fordham to adopt the agenda, as mailed. Motion carried.

Communications: None
Motion by Endres, seconded by Stevens to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 19.85(1)(c) considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the (governmental) body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility: Performance evaluation of the Administrative Coordinator. Roll call vote was taken on the motion with the following results: AYE: (5) Krueger, Fordham, Stevens, Endres, and Wenzel. Motion carried and the committee went into closed session at 8:13 A.M.
At 11:15 A.M. the Committee returned to open session followed with a motion by Fordham, seconded by Stevens to adjourn and set the following meeting dates: August 3, 2009 @ 8:00 A.M. next regular meeting and August 10, 2009 @ 8:00 A.M. special session to consider the report and complete performance evaluation of the Administrative Coordinator. Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 11:16 A.M.
